“ If you are looking at very locally, traditional italalian restaurant, this place is definetely for you. 3rd generation family business, currently run by two brothers, when everything began in 1947 it’s absolutely incredible! Very fresh, exquisite food, warm welcoming, great pizzas and excellent. We have asked for some pasta out of menu, and yep, we received it. An amazing arrabiata, bolognese and carbonarra + unique and remarkable stories told by Brothers Absolutely high reccomended and must stop on cusine map in Italy! Great job! See you again???????? ”
“ The friendliest, most generous people work here! And the food was good too. Very homestyle. As tourists having our last night in Italy, it was a perfect way to end our trip (and probably the best meal we had the whole time). A great business! Please support them. ”
“ Really exceptional service and delicious, simple home made food. We had the melanzano di casa, pasta ragu, scallopini with mushrooms and pana cotta + Tiramisu! Was delicious and the waiter we so friendly, warm and welcoming. Highly recommended!! ”
“ This is a simple, inexpensive, 'no nonsense', no frills, wood-burning, homestyle restaurant, in it's 3rd generation, currently run by 2 brothers. One of the brothers is 'more direct' while the other is a 'sweet talker'. Once we got past the concept of 1 plate/2 plate or primary/secondary plate for 10 people, including 4 kids, in our party, then we could relax! Together, they make some amazing food. Every item we ordered was mouth-watering (pictured: spaghetti, gnocchi). This gnocchi could not be beaten in taste the entire trip. By the end, the brothers invited us again for some freshly caught, 'exclusive seafood' items! ”
“ My girlfriend and I traveled from Rome all day and were exhausted and looking for an inexpensive meal. It ended up being one of the highlights of our trip and the best meal experience of our lives. The owners were the best hosts, with Giorgio showing us childhood pictures, telling us the history of their family and restaurant and bringing out course after course of homemade food and liquors. We had traditional food from the area and surprising entrees like roasted chicken and beans. He paired the wine for us and let us sample another with our appetizer. The meal was one of the most inexpensive in Italy and by far the best. I cannot recommend this place enough. ”
“ A fantastic place with a garden, run by wonderful people who pour their heart and soul into this business. Delicious food, served lightning fast (even our dog Yogi was fed and was in seventh heaven), good beer, reasonable prices, and the lowest coperto. Giorgio is fantastic, making the stay enjoyable with conversation and sharing all the best he has. The crew with the dog from Poland once again truly thanks you for your hospitality ”
“ The food was amazing! I had an extremely delicious pasta dish with local sausage as a main dish, I ate everything really fast and the portions were really balanced. The service was excellent and the main server was extremely funny and nice! I highly recommend this place if your visiting close by! ”
“ BEST ITALIAN FOOD I have ever had. Home cooked, the family are the nicest people and make you feel at home. We got there before they opened and they welcomed us in with food and drinks. The pasta is the best ived had Especially the Gnocchi! The wine amazing. Do not skip this while in the area I will recommend to anyone ”
